I am 80, so I spend a bit of time in various medical facilities, and it becomes evident to me when a medical organization has succeeded in building a team of care givers and staff having the competencies and attitudes to help their patients. This small Mount Vernon dental office has really figured it out. I met a half dozen staff members who each introduced themselves telling me their names and what their role was in my exam. They each were familiar with a Pre-visit Questionnaire I completed, and they were familiar with my health and medical/dental history.
