At Mount Vernon Smile Design, we care for our patients like family because our team is family! Dr. Nicholas Forsythe and Dr. Whitney Forsythe opened up this family-owned general practice with your oral health in mind. We do everything we can to improve you and your family’s oral health. The Forsythe doctors go above and beyond the standard of care, creating an unforgettable dental experience while also cultivating a positive, charitable presence in our local community.
We provide dental care for all ages, including pediatric dentistry, general dentistry, restorative dentistry, and cosmetic dentistry. We also offer specialized dental care for seniors—no matter what stage of life you’re in, we’re here to help! Insurance Providers
Our office is in-network with Delta Dental, and we accept most major insurance providers. We are not able to bill Medicaid/Medicare, state insurance, or Apple Health. Our team is happy to file and track your claims to ensure you get the most out of your benefits. We ask that you bring your insurance card to each appointment so we can make sure your information is as up-to-date as possible. If you do not see your insurance provider below, contact us to answer any questions you may have about your dental insurance.
